Located in the UK Lake District (Keswick) a 60 bed care home scheme that incorporated an elderly, mentally infirm facility (‘EMI’ unit - dementia care). Accommodation was arranged over 3 floors. Parking to the rear of the building and landscape gardens and patio areas to the ground floor external areas.

Individual ensuite bedrooms with adjacent social area - lounges, dining and other facilities including treatment rooms, counselling and administration.

Nursing stations were strategically placed to ensure adequate supervision and lines of sight of the circulation areas.
